Course Description
THE QUALIFICATION PROVIDES FOR INITIAL EMPLOYMENT IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY.
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare learners to install, joint, terminate, and maintain telecommunications cables in underground pipes, trenches, and overhead systems. This qualification meets the increasing demand for skilled telecommunications cable jointers, as broadband infrastructure expands globally.
Learners will receive a Certificate of Competence from HCLS and a Statement of Results from MICT SETA upon successful completion.
