Upon completion delegates will have a fully compliant commercial business entity.

Project Management

Delegates will have a clear understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), terminology content and application. Competency will be acquired wrt the Planning, Organising, implementing and managing projects. Delegates will receive an L5 Statement of results after successful completion of the Portfolio of evidence. (Programs can be customised to accommodate industry specifics, i.e. ICT, Finance etc.)
