We offer accredited learnerships and bursary programmes, including targeted skills programmes for disabled learners.

These programmes, over and above improving the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) scorecard we can help you get financial benefits, in the form of allowances, from SARS.  The allowance is paid to the company regarding qualifying registered learnership agreements entered into between the employer and employee.

These benefits are in terms of Section 12H of the income tax act and ETI deductions in terms of PAYE.

The Section 12H allowance is made up of an annual allowance and a completion allowance.

An example of the benefit below.

Learners without any disability:Learners with disability
Annual allowance:
• NQF level 1 - 6 – R40 000
• NQF level 7 - 10 – R20 000
Annual allowance:
• NQF level 1 - 6 – R60 000
• NQF level 7 - 10 – R50 000
Completion allowance:
• NQF level 1 - 6 – R40 000
• NQF level 7 - 10 – R20 000
Completion allowance:
• NQF level 1 - 6 – R60 000
• NQF level 7 - 10 – R50 000
Employee Tax Incentive
• Compliant organisations can also benefit from the Employee Tax Incentive (ETI) scheme by reducing company liability of Pay As You Earn (PAYE).
• Amounts are determined based on remuneration.
• In the case of the Learnerships, learners who receive a monthly stipend allowance of not more than R4000.00, the organisation is eligible to reduce PAYE by R1000.00 per registered learner.
